I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering, Politecnico di Milano (Italy), and a Fulbright Fellow at the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science, University of Texas at Dallas, (USA).
I am part of the BONSAI Lab research group and my work is focused on design, optimization and performance evaluation of telecommunication networks, particularly in the fields of:
1) Machine-Learning for networking
2) Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN)
3) Network slicing with SDN/NFV
3) Multi-layer Network Automation
